Join our Local Pharmacy as a dedicated Pharmacist where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe and effective drug distribution as well as providing expert advice to our patients. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote medication adherence and oversee pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medication accurately according to prescriptions.
• Provide patient consultations regarding medication therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and assess for adverse effects.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventory.
• Educate patients on proper medication use and potential side effects.
• Provide information on health and wellness products.
• Supervise pharmacy assistants and support staff.
• Participate in community health initiatives and educational events.

Requirements

Education

• Pharmacy degree with honours

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
