Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for new hires on process and safety standards.
• Analyze production data to enhance overall efficiency.
• Present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous learning to keep up with advancements in chemical engineering.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects for product development.
• Be an advocate for sustainability initiatives across the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in chemical manufacturing or related fields
