Job Description

The Winder Tender is responsible for operating and monitoring winder machines used for winding and unwinding wire or cable for various industries. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate winding machines to wind coils of wire.
• Monitor machine operation and ensure consistency in production quality.
• Inspect finished coils for defects and make necessary adjustments to the machine.
• Failure management including reporting of malfunctions to maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional technical training in electrical or electronic engineering is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in operating and monitoring machines is an advantage
