E-commerce Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Coordinator to manage and enhance our online store presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing e-commerce strategies, analyzing sales data, and optimizing customer experiences to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Optimize user experience on the e-commerce platform to increase conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on marketing materials and website layouts.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure the brand is consistently represented online.
• Compile monthly performance reports and present findings to management.
• Assist in managing online promotions, discounts, and customer loyalty programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience handling e-commerce operations

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in customer service roles: Prior experience in customer-facing positions to enhance communication skills.
