Job Description

As a Forging Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be pivotal in ensuring our automatic casting and forging machines operate smoothly. Your role involves setting up machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure machinery for production runs and monitor the entire process.
• Troubleshoot any mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following best practices.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in manufacturing or mechanical engineering is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience operating automatic casting-forging machines
