Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT principles and be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates.
  • Implement security measures to protect data and IT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support for remote workers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and training materials.
  • Engage in continuous learning to improve support capabilities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized technical support.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Computer Science or a related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role
