Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator specializing in pocket setting to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attaching pockets to a variety of garments using industrial sewing machines, ensuring quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately set pockets on garments according to design specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote safety and efficiency.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards.
• Adjust settings on sewing machines for different fabric types and pocket styles.
• Ensure timely delivery of production targets while maintaining quality.
• Participate in team discussions to identify process improvements.
