Responsibilities

• Provide insights to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of changes.
• Assist in the development of business strategies backed by data analysis.
• Participate in market research to understand external factors affecting the business.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Engage with stakeholders to define analytics requirements and KPIs.
• Regularly review analytics methodologies and validate accuracy.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or quantitative field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
