Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive valuations of companies and assets for client assessments.
• Lead due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities.
• Draft and review transaction documents including investment proposals and contracts.
• Stay updated on financial news and trends to inform investment strategies.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure flawless execution of deals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, with a track record of successful transactions.
