Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce site.
  • Create and maintain reports on sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Work with designers to enhance site aesthetics.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline fulfilment.
  • Develop promotional strategies for special sales events.
  • Engage with customers through social media platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices.
  • Compile competitor analysis reports to stay competitive.
  • Lead initiatives to drive customer retention and loyalty.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • E-commerce Platforms Extensive experience with platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
  • SEO/SEM Proficient in optimizing content for search engines.
  • Analytical Thinking Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Certified E-commerce Specialist
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads: Proficient in creating and managing online ad campaigns.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of web development languages.
