You will collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
• Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Develop design specifications and style guides for development handoff.
• Participate in project planning and provide input on design timelines.
• Mentor junior designers and support their professional growth.
• Engage in continuous learning to adapt to new design technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• UI Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
