Job Description

The Fiberglass Pipe Covering Supervisor will oversee managing a team of pipe covering technicians responsible for installing and maintaining fiberglass insulation on pipes. This role ensures that projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards while liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of pipe covering technicians in daily operations.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
• Oversee material procurement and equipment for pipe insulation tasks.
• Assist in the formulation of project plans and budget estimations.
• Conduct inspections to monitor work quality and safety adherence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Mentor and train new team members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• National Diploma in Engineering or relevant field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years supervising in fiberglass pipe covering projects.
