Job Description

As a Cleaning, Washing, and Metal Pickling Equipment Operator, you will operate and maintain degreasing and metal pickling equipment. The role involves ensuring high cleanliness standards are met in accordance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage degreasing machinery to effectively clean industrial components.
• Monitor equipment parameters such as temperature and pressure.
• Prepare cleaning solutions and ensure correct chemical usage.
• Inspect equipment performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Document cleaning cycles and quality checks diligently.
• Follow safety and environmental regulations while maintaining a clean facility.
• Assist in training new operators and staff on equipment usage.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Technical qualifications or certifications in industrial cleaning are a bonus

Experience

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
