Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Hotel Manager to oversee our operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will excel in enhancing guest satisfaction and leading a diverse team. You will ensure our hotel runs smoothly while meeting the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all hotel departments to ensure cohesive operation.
  • Optimize guest satisfaction through service excellence.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
  • Create and implement promotional campaigns to maximize revenue.
  • Handle customer feedback and improve service offerings.
  • Ensure that the hotel meets all licensing and safety requirements.
  • Manage financials including budgeting and pricing strategies.
  • Establish and uphold hotel standards for cleanliness and service.
  • Set staff schedules and manage payroll.
  • Lead regular team meetings to address operational needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Hospitality Management preferred
