Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Educate patients about prescribed treatments and health maintenance.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures and surgeries.
  • Evaluate and document patient progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the nursing team.
  • Foster a positive working relationship with colleagues and patients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Postgraduate diploma in Critical Care or Midwifery is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a specialized nursing field
