In this position, you will assist in financial advisory services, including data analysis, valuations, and the development of financial presentations. Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for corporate finance transactions.
• Conduct due diligence for potential acquisition targets.
• Prepare financial statements and valuation analyses.
• Assist in drafting investment memoranda and client proposals.
• Engage in client communication and provide timely project updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or a related field

• Financial Modelling

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 or equivalent is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
