Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) throughout the study.
• Coordinate with investigators and site staff to resolve issues.
• Conduct audits to assess compliance with study protocols.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents and submissions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of training sessions for site staff.
• Collect and manage data in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Develop monitoring plans and strategies for clinical trials.
• Liaise with ethical review boards for study approvals.
• Assist in financial management related to clinical trial budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Pharmacy
• Master’s degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research or monitoring
