Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day administrative functions of the healthcare facility.
  • Evaluate and enhance operations to address patient needs and improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accreditation standards.
  • Foster a supportive and motivating environment for the staff.
  • Assist in the development of strategic initiatives to grow the healthcare services offered.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff regarding operational matters.
  • Ensure the facility meets all local, provincial, and national healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or allied field
  • Master's in Health Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations management
