Job Description

We are searching for a motivated Private Detective and Investigator to join our Loss Prevention team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of investigation techniques essential for mitigating theft and fraud.

Responsibilities

• Investigate instances of fraud and theft on retail premises.
• Develop relationships with local law enforcement for collaboration.
• Conduct training sessions on security and loss prevention.
• Prepare and present findings to management for necessary actions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented security protocols.
• Monitor and assess the overall security posture of the retail environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent
• Experience with security audits is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in retail investigations
