Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to develop innovative mechanical solutions.
• Analyze and assess the performance of existing products.
• Develop maintenance schedules and protocols for mechanical systems.
• Provide technical support during the entire product life cycle.
• Design experiments and tests to validate new engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers on embedded systems design.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Engage with suppliers and contractors to source materials.
• Present engineering concepts and designs to executive management.
• Remain abreast of innovations in mechanical engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SolidWorks

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
