Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Case Consultant to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving client inquiries, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure documentation of customer interactions meets company standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to foster client loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with users to enhance service quality.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer data effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant diploma or degree in customer service, business administration, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related field.
