Washer Assembler

Job Description

We are looking for a Washer Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling washers, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to optimise production processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly instructions to accurately assemble washers.
• Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the assembly process.
• Use hand tools and machinery effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Keep track of parts inventory and notify supervisors of low stock.
• Work with team members to streamline assembly processes for better productivity.
• Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to management promptly.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in engineering or related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience with washer assembly specifically is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
