Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of project plans and specifications.
• Conduct quality control and testing of materials and equipment.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Help in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure all engineering operations comply with company policies.
• Provide support in the creation of engineering documentation.
• Monitor project progress and report any delays to the Engineering Manager.
• Assist with hands-on engineering tasks as required.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights.
• Support efforts to improve workplace safety.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Engineering or related field
• BTech would be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Project Management
• Technical Report Writing

Certifications

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles: Familiarity with Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency in operations.
