Job Description

Join our team as a Public Health Specialist where you will leverage your knowledge in health policies and research to advocate for effective health programs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping public health initiatives that enhance the quality of life in Pretoria.

Responsibilities

  • Lead community health campaigns focusing on key health indicators.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform decision-making.
  • Engage with local leaders and organizations to promote health initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of grant proposals for funding opportunities.
  • Evaluate health program effectiveness through data collection and analysis.
  • Provide technical assistance and consultation to community health workers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, or related field
  • Advanced degree in relevant fields preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in community health roles
