Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you'll manage the operations of our healthcare facility in Pretoria, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and enhancing patient satisfaction. You will work with healthcare professionals to streamline processes, manage budgets, and oversee administrative tasks to facilitate efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administrative functions of the healthcare facility.
  • Establish and maintain effective healthcare protocols.
  • Manage staff performance and conduct evaluations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance patient and staff engagement.
  • Coordinate patient services and ensure accessibility.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provide leadership in strategic planning for healthcare services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or related field
  • MBA with a focus on Healthcare is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
