We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our proactive team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities in client systems, recommending security measures, and implementing robust solutions to protect against cyber threats. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols, coupled with hands-on experience in safeguarding sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance security protocols based on risk assessments.
• Facilitate security awareness training for staff at client organizations.
• Analyze security logs and maintain detailed records of incidents.
• Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries from clients.
• Conduct research on emerging cybersecurity threats and mitigation techniques.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure secure third-party services.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in cybersecurity consulting
