Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Shed Hand to join our operations team in Johannesburg. You will assist with various tasks related to the maintenance and operations of sheds or storage facilities, ensuring smooth workflows and optimal organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the receiving and dispatching of products efficiently.
  • Conduct regular checks on inventory levels and report discrepancies.
  • Assist with stock taking and help maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Support the operations team in daily tasks and special projects.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Operate warehouse management systems effectively.
  • Train and assist new staff in operational processes.
  • Engage with delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery is a plus.

Languages
