Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion.
• Analyze and improve existing electrical systems for efficiency.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding electrical components.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or closely related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience

• Electrical Load Calculation

Certifications

• SANS 10142 certification (Electrical Installations)
• ABET (Accredited Board for Engineering and Technology)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with energy management systems: Experience working with energy management systems for monitoring and optimizing electrical usage.
