Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Document changes and solutions achieved during design processes.
• Advise on best practices for mechanical design and operations.
• Engage with clients to understand their mechanical requirements.
• Ensure all mechanical designs are cost-effective and practical.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical product development

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Project Management

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with prototyping and testing: Practical experience in creating prototypes and conducting tests.
