We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for coordinating study protocols and overseeing patient recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of clinical research protocols from initiation to completion.
• Monitor participant safety and well-being throughout the study.
• Enhance participant engagement through effective communication and support.
• Lead internal meetings to discuss study status and progress with stakeholders.
• Compile reports and present them to the research board regarding trial results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
• Higher degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in managing clinical trials or research coordination
