The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for coordinating study protocols and overseeing patient recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee clinical trials while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist research teams in all phases of clinical projects, including study initiation and closure.
• Recruit and manage participants, ensuring clear communication of trial information.
• Collect, verify, and evaluate data while maintaining accurate records of research activities.
• Conduct site visits and monitor research activities to ensure adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with investigators to report findings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents and patient consent forms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
• Higher degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in managing clinical trials or research coordination
