We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Durban team. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between business units and IT, ensuring that business needs are met through effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing processes and systems to provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
• Document technical specifications and assist in the testing of solutions.
• Present findings to stakeholders and make recommendations for business improvements.
• Support the change management process and provide training as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
