Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on process development and optimization.
• Review and analyze scientific literature to support projects.
• Conduct failure mode and effects analysis to mitigate risks.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.
• Participate in regulatory submissions and audits.
• Implement sustainable practices into chemical production.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree with a specialization in Process Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in product development and process optimization

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Design
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Green Chemistry: Experience with sustainable and environmentally friendly chemical processes.
