Responsibilities

• Perform general bookkeeping duties and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with applicable laws.
• Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Provide documentation for audits and financial reviews.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation of financial systems and controls.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors regarding financial transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping or related field

• Xero
• Pastel Accounting

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
