We are seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper who will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing essential support in our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping practices, familiarity with accounting software, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Manage and record daily financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accounted for.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance.
• Maintain organized records of all financial paperwork.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with the accountant in budget preparation and forecasting.
• Assist with the audit process by providing necessary documentation.
• Handle payroll processing and employee records.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping or related field

• Xero
• Pastel Accounting

Certifications

• Bookkeeping Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
