As a Recruitment Specialist, you will handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements to sourcing candidates and managing offers. • Prepare and present reports on recruitment performance to stakeholders.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and trends.
• Stay updated on employment legislation and recruitment industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
