We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions. This role is pivotal in transforming business processes and driving efficiency through the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-based solutions in alignment with business needs.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure cloud security and data integrity.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams in cloud initiatives.
• Monitor cloud application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on cloud projects.
• Create and maintain documentation for cloud solutions.
• Train teams on cloud technologies and best practices.
• Utilize scripting and automation to manage cloud resources efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Cloud Computing or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud platforms and architecture
