Job Description

We are searching for a Healthcare Administrator who is passionate about enhancing the quality of care in our Pretoria facility. The successful candidate will manage various administrative tasks, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing patient records, overseeing billing processes, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of patient information and medical records.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for necessary supplies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial monitoring.
  • Engage in quality improvement programs to enhance care delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff as needed.
  • Develop training materials for new administrative staff.
  • Participate in committee meetings to enhance operational strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Health Services Management or related field
  • Master’s degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in healthcare administration management
