Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in corporate finance to join our dedicated team in Midrand. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing financial data and providing insights that will drive business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex financial data to support decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial models for forecasting.
• Support the finance team with analytical tools and systems.
• Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare reports for finance leadership.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather and validate data.
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance.
• Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for financial reporting.
• Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in a similar role, with a focus on corporate finance
