Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support our financial operations. Your role will involve preparing financial statements, managing reconciliations, and conducting variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and standards.
• Manage the payroll process and related documentation.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure payment of taxes as scheduled.
• Assist in financial audits as necessary.
• Review financial discrepancies and resolve issues with suppliers or clients.
• Meet reporting deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
• Assist with the implementation of new financial systems and upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional qualification (CA, CIMA) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
