Job Description

We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling components using various tools and techniques, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and description to assemble products effectively.
• Choose suitable tools for assembly tasks, ensuring proper maintenance.
• Follow standard operating procedures for safety and efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
• Support the team in achieving production goals through effective communication.
• Address and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Participate in team training and meetings to enhance skill sets.
• Implement suggestions that improve work processes and product quality.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the assembly field

Technical Skills

• Basic Math Skills
• Familiarity with Assembly Tools

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Electrical Assembly: Background in assembling electronic components and products.
• Familiarity with Safety and Compliance Standards: Understanding of safety regulations applicable to the manufacturing sector.
