Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management and will be responsible for ensuring efficient transportation and storage of goods from suppliers to customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics operations from end to end.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory records and documentation.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies.
• Review and optimize shipping and handling procedures.
• Address customer inquiries related to shipping and delivery.
• Utilize logistics software for tracking and reporting.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies for logistics efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance on invoicing for logistics services.
• Record and report logistics performance data.
• Develop contingency plans for logistics challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
