Job Description

As an Event Planner with us, your primary goal will be to conceptualize, organize, and oversee events that leave a lasting impression. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and manage the event from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed event proposals and timelines.
  • Engage with clients to establish clear communication throughout the planning process.
  • Supervise event staff and volunteers.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting events.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during events.
  • Prepare and distribute post-event reports to clients.
  • Encourage feedback and implement improvements for future events.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development in event management.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Event Management or related field
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or related field
