Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Participate in case consultations and supervision.
  • Stay updated on the latest research in psychology.
  • Educate clients on coping strategies and self-care.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
