Job Description

As an Amusement and Recreation Attendant, you will manage daily operations at our amusement facilities. Your role includes ensuring safety protocols are followed, supervising the loading and unloading of guests, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth operations of recreational activities and events.
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Assist in the training and orientation of new staff members.
• Respond quickly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Coordinate with external contractors for facility maintenance.
• Evaluate guest feedback to improve service and operations.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote events and activities.
• Develop rapport with guests to enhance their experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certification in hospitality or recreation management

Experience

• Prior experience in a supervisory role is advantageous
