Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply management strategy. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in logistics, procurement, and inventory management, along with a proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively. This role is pivotal in optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Strategize procurement and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs while meeting service levels.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners for seamless distribution.
  • Conduct regular analyses of supply chain processes for improvement opportunities.
  • Guide the supply chain team towards achieving departmental goals.
  • Engage in capacity planning and demand forecasting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
