We are currently seeking dedicated Floor Attendants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of guest rooms for maintenance issues.
• Ensure that safety equipment is readily available and functional.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Implement cleaning best practices to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience

• Customer-facing experience is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
• Cleaning Equipment Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
