Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity goals. This role requires excellent managerial skills and knowledge in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage team dynamics and ensure a positive working environment.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Evaluate and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments.
• Optimize storage solutions for better space utilization.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Further education in management or logistics preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of managerial experience in warehousing or distribution

• Inventory Management

• Time Management
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of export and import processes: Understanding of regulations in import and export logistics.
• ISO certification experience: Experience in ISO document management and compliance.
