Process Control Consultant

Job Description

As a Process Control Consultant, you will play a vital role in improving processes and ensuring operational efficiency. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, design automation solutions, and implement control strategies that drive performance. This position requires a deep understanding of process engineering principles, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments of client systems to establish baseline performance metrics.
• Design, configure, and optimize control systems for various processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented systems post-installation.
• Deliver training on control systems to client personnel.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Develop specifications and scope of work documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather client requirements.
• Analyze process data to recommend enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in process control engineering
