Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through comprehensive testing and quality control procedures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve product quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance initiatives and projects.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior QA staff.
• Review and update quality assurance procedures.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for quality testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
• Provide feedback on product designs from a quality perspective.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance role

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent
