Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients. You will utilize your expertise to create and assign therapeutic programs that encourage client engagement and promote recovery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through various assessment methods to establish therapeutic needs.
• Create and adapt individualized treatment programs to assist in recovery.
• Guide clients in using tools and techniques for enhancing daily activities.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment plans and client progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expert insights on patient care.
• Conduct workshops and group therapy sessions when necessary.

Advantageous

• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting: Preferred experience working directly with patients in rehabilitation environments.
• Certification in a specialty area (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics): Specialized certifications are a plus.
