Job Description

As a Drier Tender, you will operate and monitor drying equipment critical to our production process. The position requires keen attention to detail, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the loading and unloading of materials from the drying equipment.
• Adjust temperature and humidity levels to meet specific material requirements.
• Implement best practices for equipment maintenance and operation.
• Document production data accurately for record-keeping.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies needed for drier operations.
• Implement company policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct assessments on dried products to ensure their quality.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in a technical field is preferred.
• Equivalent experience in manufacturing or food processing

Experience

• Experience with high-temperature drying processes would be an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of drying processes

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with computer-controlled drying processes: Hands-on experience operating computer-managed drier systems.
